When you visit our website, we only collect and process the data that is automatically transmitted to us by your Internet browser, such as:
- Date and time of the retrieval of one of our Internet pages

- the operating system used
- the last page you visited
- the amount of data transferred and the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.) as well as
- your IP address.
The data processing takes place in order to enable the use of the internet pages you have accessed. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO, as the processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests. Data is only stored for the duration of your visit.

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) b) DSGVO, as the data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and us or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 b) dsgvo, insofar as the data processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract between you and us or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, or Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO, insofar as the data processing is necessary for the protection of our legitimate interests, for example for purposes of direct advertising.

Sofern Sie E-Mail-Werbung von uns erhalten, haben wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse gespeichert sowie etwaige weitere Angaben, um Sie persönlich anzusprechen. Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 f) DSGVO, da die Datenverarbeitung zur Wahrung unserer berechtigten Interessen, namentlich zu Zwecken der Direktwerbung, erforderlich ist. Sie können der Zusendung von E-Mail-Werbung jederzeit widersprechen. Hierzu können Sie eine formlose E-Mail an hell@pro-fundus.eu senden.

 d) Duration of storage and transfer of data to third parties
We generally store the data you provide us with for the duration of our business relationship. Only insofar as commercial and tax retention periods are to be observed, the duration of the storage of certain data can be up to 10 years.  

Your data will only be passed on if you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO, if this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contracts with you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) b) DSGVO, if the transfer is necessary for the assertion of legal claims in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO or if there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest in not having your data passed on. 1 f) DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data, or insofar as we are legally obligated to disclose your data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 c) DSGVO.  

3. Cookies
We use cookies for our website. Cookies are small text files that are sent to your browser by our web server when you visit our website and are stored on your computer for later retrieval. We use so-called session cookies (also known as temporary cookies), i.e. cookies that are temporarily stored exclusively for the duration of your use of one of our Internet pages. The purpose of these cookies is to continue to identify your computer during a visit to our website when you switch from one of our websites to another and to be able to determine the end of your visit. This is not associated with us gaining immediate knowledge of your identity. these cookies are deleted as soon as you end your browser session. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO, as the data processed by the cookies is necessary for the aforementioned purposes to protect our legitimate interests. Whether cookies can be set and retrieved, you can determine yourself through the settings in your browser. You can, for example, completely deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser, limit it to certain web pages or configure your browser so that it automatically notifies you as soon as a cookie is to be set and asks you for feedback on this. In order to use all functions of the website, it may be necessary for technical reasons to allow the aforementioned session cookies.  

4. Data subject rights
You have the right to request confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed; if this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to the information listed in detail in Article 15 of the GDPR. Pursuant to Art. 15(3) DSGVO, you have the right to obtain from the controller a copy of the personal data that is the subject of the processing. Pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to obtain from the controller the rectification without undue delay of inaccurate personal data concerning you, as well as the completion of incomplete personal data. You have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure without undue delay of personal data concerning you, where one of the grounds listed in detail in Article 17 GDPR applies. You have the right to request the controller to restrict processing, provided that one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR applies. You have the right to obtain the personal data concerning you from the controller in a format outlined in Art. 20 GDPR. You have the right to revoke any consent you may have given to us at any time in accordance with Art. 7(3) DSGVO. This has the consequence that we will no longer continue data processing based on this consent in the future.           

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your place of residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.  

5. Right of revocation and objection
Soweit Ihre personenbezogenen Daten auf der Grundlage berechtigter Interessen gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1  f) DSGVO verarbeitet werden, haben Sie das Recht, Widerspruch dagegen einzulegen gemäß Art. 21 DSGVO, sofern Gründe vorliegen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben oder sich der Widerspruch gegen Direktwerbung richtet. Im letztgenannten Fall haben Sie ein generelles Widerspruchsrecht, das ohne Angabe von Gründen ausgeübt werden kann. Widersprechen Sie der Datenverarbeitung für Zwecke der Direktwerbung, hat dies zur Folge, dass wir eine entsprechende Datenverarbeitung für die Zukunft nicht mehr fortführen.
